1.前台的一個女服務員故意給了房型最差，有點歧視成分，中午辦入住，都算早的，不給正常的，後面晚上大把check in的日本團給了正常的房，淋雨設備損壞的房間，還不是景觀房，第一晚無法正常洗澡，然後被告知滿房無法更換 2.有兩個男服務員不錯，投訴後晚上協調了，第二天早上幫忙及時換了房間 3.衹提供兩瓶免費的礦泉水，後面都不提供，而且後面有個服務員態度極其傲慢，英語口音還差 總之避雷避雷，這個酒店除了地理位置，其他配不上四星。

Room quality is bad for the price that is charged.  One of the sliding wooden windows is dislodged from its track and no one bothers.  The floor tiles with the air conditioning on just feels cold. Vinyl floor tiles would be better.  Location is good as it is near the Promenade Anglais and access to the tram station is good.  The hotel needs a renovation sooner rather than later.

Perfect location for exploring Nice. Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable. The breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly great except the women at the pool bar in the evening who was very rude and condescending. I would stay here again purely based on location.

Wir haben sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen, obwohl gebucht wurde 20km², das Zimmer und das Bett waren sehr verbraucht, es gab's keine Bademantel und Hausschuhe ( was zu einemfür 4 Stern Hotel gehören)..Außerdem ganz viele Bettwanzen, wir haben eine Dame aus Rezeption geholt und gezeigt, Bilder gemacht, uns hat nichts geholfen, sollten trotzdem ins Zimmer bleiben, weil unerwartet viel Gäste kamen zu einem Konferenz..Wir könnten 2 Nächte überhaupt nicht schlafen, 3 Nacht haben wir anderes Zimmer, also unseren gebuchten Zimmer bekommen.Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir auf Kulanz bis 1 Uhr Nachts knapp unseren Zimmer bis Taxi kommt warten dürfen, was wir auch gemacht haben, aber trotzt der Versprechungen und ohne unserer Erlaubnis wurde das Geld 185€ von nicht im Hotel hintergelegte Kreditkarte abgebucht..Wir müssen jetzt das Geld durch Anwalt zurück holen, weil das Hotel reagiert nicht auf unsere Emails

O hotel é bem localizado. O quarto simples e hotel não possui estacionamento, o que não é compatível com um hotel 4 estrelas. A limpeza do quarto estava péssima, estava cheio de cabelos no banheiro todo inclusive na banheira quando entramos pela primeira vez no quarto. O checkout era antes das 12hrs, 09:50 a funcionária já estava entrando dentro do quarto.

Accueil décevant.Le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas malgré l'intervention de deux techniciens de l'hôtel.Une femme de ménage avait mis du vinaigre dans la bouilloire.Impossible de faire un thé ou un café.Odeur dégueulasse dans la bouilloire.

The hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan. We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity.

Très belle hôtel . Petit déjeuner plus que parfait car énormément de choix toute en étant de la qualité . La vue au 7 étages est juste whaou !!!! . Chambre spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain . Enfin bref tout était parfait.

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour. Les chambres sont propres et lumineuse et le petit déjeuner complet varié et propose des produits de qualité. Je recommande vivement.
